Excellent Source of Lean Protein & Omega 3
Cooking with sea bass is an excellent way to include lean protein into your diet. Sea bass is very high in protein. Your body needs protein for the healthy growth and repair of body tissues like, muscles, internal organs and your skin. Sea bass provides lean protein and is low in total fat. However it is a great source of both omega 3 essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA. These two fatty acids reduce cholesterol levels and lower the blood pressure and as a result reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.
