Gluten & Dairy Free Packed Lunch Suggestions

Coming up with healthy lunch suggestions can be a challenge sometimes. This becomes even harder when you or your children suffer from a gluten or dairy allergy (or both). You might feel very limited in your choices and they end up eating the same lunch every day and that can become a bit boring. The packed lunch suggestions below might give your children a welcome change from the standard choices. They show that packed lunches with an allergy restriction can still be fun, diverse and delicious.
