Ealing based Nutritional Therapist
4Well People was set up by Emily Fawell DipION, a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Ealing, West London. After graduating from Warwick University, Emily had a successful career working in marketing for a number of blue chip companies. In her 20s Emily was diagnosed with endometriosis and having unsuccessfully tried a range of conventional medical treatments, Emily went to see a Nutritional Therapist and experienced the benefits of Nutritional Therapy for herself and decided that she would like to pursue it as a career. She studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, in Richmond, for four years, in order to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist.
In addition Emily is an NLP Practitioner and offers NLP coaching to support nutrition, weight loss and habit changes.
As the mother of two young boys, and having had teaching experience, Emily is experienced in dealing with children. She also understands how feeding children can sometimes be a challenge and she can offer excellent advice on this matter.
As well as offering Nutritional Therapy and NLP coaching, Emily is a zest4life nutrition and weight loss coach and offers group classes and one to one weight loss coaching.
Emily is also an experienced public speaker and is available to give talks on nutrition, health and wellbeing. Please call to discuss your requirements.
If you are looking for corporate nutrition services (wellbeing days, lunchtime talks, health testing) please visit Emily’s other business Vital Health Nutrition which she set up with Nutritional Therapist, Lisa Patient in 2012.
