This structured weight loss and nutrition programme is designed to show you how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, with none of the rebound weight issues associated with conventional weight loss approaches.
What can I expect from this Weight Loss Programme?
The zest4life weight loss programme is run by Emily Fawell, a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and zest4life motivational weight loss coach.
If you want to find out more before committing, on Wednesday 9th May 2018 I am hosting a FREE one hour seminar at 8pm at Bridge to Health, West Ealing W13.
Each weight loss programme starts with a two hour introductory workshop where you will learn all about zest4life and the Patrick Holford Low GL Diet (Wednesday 17th January 2018).
Once you have attended the zest4life introductory workshop you will be eligible to start the weight loss programme.
Each weekly class lasts for one hour and consists of a weigh-in including body fat % and water % and one to one coaching; a coaching seminar and a nutrition seminar. In each session we refer to two workbooks, which means that you can take all the knowledge that you have learnt home with you, for reference during the week. Each week we set specific, motivating goals, not just for weight loss but for health and fitness too.

The sessions are highly informative, covering subjects such as: the effect of stimulants on weight loss; the importance of menu planning; which nutrients are important for weight loss; food intolerances; time management; which type of exercise is most effective for weight loss; and many more.

In addition to the 10 week zest4life programme this package entitles you to two 30 minute private coaching sessions with Emily at times to suit you. You might wish to review your goals, and make sure that they are as SMART or motivating as possible. You may find that your motivation drops and a coaching session with Emily will help you understand why and enable you to regain your motivation levels.
