This structured nutrition and weight loss program is designed to show you how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, with none of the rebound weight issues associated with conventional weight loss approaches.
What can I expect from this Weight Loss Program?
- Each weight loss program starts with a two-hour introductory weight-loss workshop where you will learn all about zest4life and the Patrick Holford Low GL Diet
- Once you have attended the zest4life introductory weight loss workshop, you will be eligible to start the weight loss program.
- Each weekly class lasts for one hour. The sessions are highly informative, covering subjects such as
- the effect of stimulants on weight loss;
- the importance of menu planning;
- which nutrients are important for weight loss;
- food intolerances;
- time management;
- which type of exercise is most effective for weight loss; and much more.
- Every weekly class consists of:
- a private weigh-in including body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat, metabolic age and hydration levels;
- a coaching seminar and a nutrition seminar.
- in each session, we refer to two workbooks, which means that you can take all the knowledge that you have learnt at home with you, for reference during the week.
- each week we set specific, motivating goals, not just for weight loss but for health and fitness too.
- At the start of the program, you will be supplied with 8 weeks of menu plans, including vegetarian plans. You will never run out of inspiration!
- In week 2, a highly qualified personal trainer, Lynsey Metcalfe joins us to share the secrets of the best forms of exercise for weight loss

You might wish to review your goals and make sure that they are as SMART or motivating as possible.
