My name is Emily Fawell and I’ve been helping people make healthier food and lifestyle choices since 2009, when I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist.

For many years I ran a very successful group weight loss programme and have helped 100s of people improve their relationship with food and have long-lasting weight loss. I still work with weight loss clients on a one to one basis and in any given month I’m working with at least 15 people.

I have trained as a coach and have an additional qualification in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) which helps me to help you to find the motivation to achieve your goals.

I’m really passionate about the power of nutrition to positively impact health and happiness and love sharing this with others.
