zest4life programme details

I run zest4life classes in Ealing and Chiswick, and I am just about to launch a new programme in 2012, starting on Wednesday 18th January.
Class and venue details:
Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12 noon in the Garden Room at The Pilot, 56 Wellesley Road, Chiswick, W4 4BZ. (click here to view a map).

These structured programmes are designed to show you how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, with none of the rebound weight issues associated with conventional weight loss approaches.
What can I expect?
The programme is run by Emily Fawell, a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and zest4life motivational weightloss coach.
Each programme starts with a two hour introductory workshop where you will learn all about zest4life and the Patrick Holford Low GL Diet (18th January 2012)
Once you have attended the zest4life introductory workshop you will be eligible to start the programme. Each weekly class lasts for two hours and consists of a weigh-in including body fat % and water % and one to one coaching; a coaching workshop; a nutrition workshop and a wellbeing seminar. In each session we refer to three workbooks, which means that you can take all the knowledge that you have learnt home with you, for reference during the week. Each week we set specific, motivating goals, not just for weightloss but for health and fitness.
The sessions are highly informative, covering subjects such as: the effect of stimulants on weightloss; how to eat to alleviate low mood and depression; nutrients which are important for weightloss; anti-ageing; which type of exercise is most effect for weightloss.
