zest4life is an exciting new and powerful health improvement and weight loss process designed to educate and motivate you to change and improve your body, your health, and your well-being for good. Our programmes are designed to create long lasting change, not a quick fix, and are run by trained and qualified Nutritional Therapists and Weight Loss Coaches. 

 

 

What can I expect by attending a zest4life group programme?

After an initial health assessment, you will follow expert Nutritionist Patrick Holford's low GL diet which, in trials, has resulted in twice the weight loss than low calorie / low fat diets! It is easy to follow and delicious and results can be seen within a week. You will also learn about fascinating health and wellbeing topics such as:

  • How to Manage Stress
  • Overcoming Emotional Eating
  • Improving bone and skin health
  • Boosting Immunity
  • Improving Mood & Concentration
  • Plus many others.

You will be part of a fun and stimulating group (approx 15 group members), attending 2 hour sessions once a week until you have reached your goals. 1 to 1 and small group exclusive programmes are also available.
